I moved in October of 2008. Most of the staff are great, maintenance, and manager. But, I was not told how to get into the gym and the girl that was in the office didn't like to take the time to help me, and it has happned twice with that same girl. The laundry money machine does not take new bills, which is a pain with how many are out now. They have some issues, I have at least one every time I do laundry. We had one problem with our oven and he came immediately to fix it. I haven't had any problems with bugs, they say they have a company come in every week and also if you see just one bug, to call them. Whether they handle smaller issues I'm not sure because I haven't had any problems with parking or anything else. I don't have to pay for the gym so obviously there is new management. They recently renovated the apartments, top to bottom and they are very nice, although they don't renovate one bedrooms (yet anyway) so mine isn't as nice as others. You can hear everything that goes on around you, especially when someone goes up the stairs.
