I moved in May 27th, 2009 and the main gripe I found was the A/C! The air conditioning DOES NOT flow very well at all into the master bedroom, even with 3 fans running! I have complained to maintenance 3 times now. The first time, they came there and supposedly installed a part. The 2nd time, they came and adjusted the vents and almost closed the vent in the 2nd bedroom to increase the flow into the master bedroom! The 3rd time, they came and cleaned out the air handler, stating that it was dirty. I work the night shift so I sleep during the day and it is freaking hot in the master bedroom! I called the front office and they are going to send out maintenance once again! I'm fed up with the air conditioning system in these old apartments! Other things that are annoying are the light switches (each room has one light switch that controls several outlets in the room), the lack of light switches in the kitchen (there is only ONE light switch for a two way entry kitchen), the old cabinets (and I do mean old), obvious bug problem (I saw a big roach on my carpet the first night I was there!)
