I moved in to a nice 2bdr apartment and was the first to live in this unit. This was by far the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. It was brand new with all new appliances, so I really don't have much to say about those items. The floor plan was quite unique. Our unit had the "solarium" instead of the porch and featured the entertainment area (the recessed portion of the wall that was great for a nice tv and stereo). With lots of windows and light colored carpet the place looked massive. I only had two major complaints. The first is the cheap berber carpet they used. If it starts to come up the whole thing begins to unravel. I kept having flashbacks to listening to Weezer (If you want to destroy my carpet, hold this thread as you walk away...). The other complaint was the lack of attention to detail. My shower had no caulk applied to it. It leaked every time I took a shower. I pleaded for maintenance to come and fix it, but they never did. St.John's even tried to blame me for the problem and charge me for the damage to the drywall when we moved out.
Bottom line - very nice and relativly new apartment with some early growing pains. If they have fixed the issues and replaced the staff with some nicer people, I'm sure it is now a great place to live.
