Great place to live!! i have lived at St. Johns for 1 year I really love this place but they really could brush up on their maintenance skills, it takes forever for them to get out and look at anything and that's really only if you go and talk to the manager yourself. Overall it's a beautiful place to live the appliances are like brandnew and the patios are awesome(screened in) They are doing some construction and painting right now which sucks because the people that are doing it are really loud in the mornings but after that is over it will be even more beautiful! I live in a 1 bedroom and they are enormous like 960 sq. ft!! I know I'm in the leasing business
