actually the management will probably discriminate against you if you do have children.I had to take legal action for constatnt accusations against my children and when i asked around other parents also got the same treatment,notes on the door,warnings,and 7 day notices to vacate. I am very displeased with the management due to their unwillingness to listen. during the notices i recieved that my children were involved in mischief,my kids were on summer vacation in another state....i was evicted wrongfully.Could be You....also...there is not sufficient parking,and your told you can park in front of a garage thats empty if you can find one...well i tried this and got my car keyed by someone who already claimed that space...the apartments are also very poorly insulated so pray you live on the top floor or you will here your upstairs neighbors even peeing in their toilet!!!im not kidding..i was actually glad to get out of my lease because the noise was so bad with just walking in the above apartments.Renter Beware!!!
