Service is absolutely terrible and maintenance is very slow. If you're looking for gated entrance, don't rent here. They've been broken since we moved in therefore, they're never closed. Parking really is a nightmare. This property and it's models look great, but once you sign the lease and move in, you begin to realize how poorly built these units are. I'm sure you can get more and better service for your money elsewhere.
