i hate it out there in st johns estates they was the wrost and very nasty people in that office i fould out when i was moving out after i broke my lease that they was charging me 1200 a month and other people that paid on the same day as i only paid there 75 dollar late fee they want to charge me court and attorney fees. and i dont think that was fair and plus when you called them to come and fix something they take forever and plus ants was all over my apartment and the noise was bad and the parking is bad if you dont come home around 530pm you will have to park so far away from your apartment. thank god i am out of them apartments and plus they charge two much for them they are not worth the price they are charging. i will never tell anybody to go out there and stay i wish i had listen to a couple of my friends that stayed out here and moved out as soon as they could. thank got i am out of them over price apartments.
