I lived there for about two months. I had very disgusting neighbors that would leave their trash outside the door for days (sometimes weeks) despite the fact that you have to pass the dumpster to exit the complex. Their dog would take "dumps" in the breezeway all the time. Of course the neighbors rarely cleaned it up. When they did, it was only because management said something to them, ridiculous. They were the only tenants that owned a dog within that unit so it wasn't like there was a mistake on which dog made the mess. There were several occasions when I had to request my apartment be sprayed for bugs (roaches). I was certain they came from my nasty @$$ neighbors, so the third time I had pest control spray my place, I made them ensure my neighbor's apartment would be sprayed as well. And miraculously, my bug problem was gone (just as those tenants should've been). Though the apartments were very nice and in a great location, I'm happy I moved early because I'm sure the bug/trash/dog issues would've resurfaced.
