I moved in February 2006, felt like the rent was a bit high but the complex came highly recommended. Since moving in I have had many noise problems. When I approached the office I was told that moving to another unit might fix the problem. Wrong answer. I left my number for the new manager and have left voicemails and have not received a phone call back. Police have been out several times for noise complaints to my building. The housing market in Jacksonville has softened and you can find comparable properties in the same area for less money. Many choices in this area, my lease expires in a month and I am ready to leave. Beautiful property and if something breaks they are great about getting it taken care of but overall too noisy and no help from management to solve the issues.
