I have only been here a month and I love it. I am an Active Duty Soldier who has just been transferred from Puerto Rico to Jacksonville. This place feels better than home. It is like living in a hotel. I have had minor problems for example I had some paint on the kitchen cabinet which they clean off for me and my washer stopped working I called the front office around 1100pm got the answering machine left a message and about 15 minutes latter I had a repair guy in my apartment fixing my washer. He couldn t fix it at that time, but the next day I got a new washer. I really can t complain about their service. Their front office has a great staff always there to help and always with a smile on their face. I had been looking for apartments for over a month and nothing compares to it. It is also a 5 min drive from everything you need.
