My biggest and longest-running fault lies in management's unwillingness to make repairs. My air conditioning ha not worked properly in over a year, resulting in higher than normal cooling costs, and high temps in the dwelling. Flood damage needs repair. Despite repeat assurances that someone will do repairs, nothing happens.

This is no longer an apartment community and is a totally remodeled condominium community with units for sale only. All a/c's are brand new by the way. The units have never flooded as they are not in a flood zone and this has been verified.
