Good STARTER home. You get what you get for the price you pay. Don't let them fool you about the washer/dryer combo being $2500. They paid 700-900 for them and the dryer part works like a duhumidefier (spelling is wrong i know) That is what the repair guy said.

They do shotty work, so if you do a walkthrough..make sure you look at EVERYTHING. For example: No filter in my A/C : No drain pipe for my A/C. Wobbly sinks and light structures.

Also my bellsouth man told me of the horror story of the telephone wires. That they cut the only wire they give you in the middle of the wall. So it dosn't work. Luckily mine works, but its staticy. Its not the glamourous as they put it out to be. So far I moved in in March, its okay, but I have had lots of problems already.

Look for something else before you set your sites on this condo. But if your looking for something quick and cheap. Come here.
