Do Not Come Here From: unhappyowner33 Date posted: 5/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have been a resident since July of 2006. The HOA is a joke. They raise their fees each year and decrease the service. Securrty is also a joke. The property is overrun by kids from other areas so the residents can't use the play areas safely. The water was cut off to the out side faucets so we can't even wash a car. I regret the day I bought here. Do not make the same mistake.
