From the day I moved in, I have hated living here. The apartment they show you on the tour is clean and very nice, but NOTHING like the apartment you will live in. When I moved in, there was mold growing under my kitchen sink and in all the cabinets, I have had roach and ant problems from day one. My dishwasher is broken, my storage unit is infested with bugs, so I can't store anything. I'm a really clean person but it always smells like mold...the maintenance guy told me my apartment was used as a storage facility before I moved in and it flooded last year. Its very noisy I can always hear people on the second floor and in the parking lot. During the summer my electricity bill was $300 even though I keep my AC on 77. Its ridiculous and the staff doesn't do anything about it. I will never reccomend this place to anyone. Someone was shot and killed last night in the parking lot too. this is the last straw, a disgusting, un safe place to live, and there is no possible way to break your lease. http://www.news4jax.com/news/21213098/detail.html vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

yeah i really am upset by that shooting and all the thugs around here partying at 2am...you should be able to live somewhere and feel safe! i don't blame management i blame the SECURITY GUARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
