The 2 bedroom layout is awsome but the grounds are illkept. I don't know if managment has been told to slash the budget but it looks like they are just putting out fires not trying to improve things. The apartments are 11 years old and need updating. The maintenance staff either doesn't care or is ignorant not for sure which. The lease agreement (felt like I just signed a mortgage) spells out all of the things you can't do but none of them are enforced. There is dog crap everywhere. The gym equipment is ancient. Jury is still out on the pool.
