Nice Place

I have lived here for four years. I started out in a one bedroom, then moved in with my sister in a two bedroom and then moved in with my sister and friend in a three bedroom. All in all the complex is very nice. The parking is some times scarce. When I lived in the one bedroom, there was a yappy dog who lived upstairs. I could always hear it barking and the owner yelling at it. Once I moved to the two bedroom we didnt have a problem with noise too much. My sister complains sometimes about the neighbors kids always skateboarding around the halls but they are always in by like 7pm. Also, since the whole complex is fairly old, when you turn on the shower or when the people above you turn on their shower, you can hear the pipes cracking and stuff. This makes for a rude wake-up call if your upstairs neighbors wake up at 5am.
The three bedroom has very small rooms. My sister can barely fit all of her bedroom furniture in her bedroom. The lighting around the complex is very well lit. I always feel safe. The gate break sometimes, but mostly it is because non-residents always try to follow you in once you open the gate. Sadly, the company that fixes it, is based out of Orlando so they have to wait until they get some time to come up and fix it.
About a year ago a new management company took over the complex. We use to get free tennis lessons, a free personal trainer, free water aerobics, and free monday massages. When the new company came in they took all of that away and raised rent a bit.
The maintance people are very friendly, and all of the neighbors are friendly too.
All in all, we would be staying here except that I am getting married and my sister just graduated.
