I have lived in many different apartments in Jacksonville, FL the past few years and The Links is by FAR the best!! I've lived in Bermuda Cove (HORRIBLE), Cape House (second favorite..would recommend as well), and Aventine (too pricy and had roaches living in our dishwasher and saw them every morning). The Links has been wonderful...my husband and I moved into The Links in July of 2008 and we recently renewed our lease for another year...and unlike most apartments, instead of trying to raise our rent, they kept it the same and actually gave us $50 for the first two months...and they came and cleaned our carpets as a gift for renewing...we also gave them a list of things that needed to be fixed, and pretty much everything was done...they did forget to replace a few lightbulbs and the maintenence man left some materials...but other than that, I have nothing but good to say about The Links..it is a little higher priced, but worth it when I always feel safe and never hear neighbors noise, even though I have a group of College guys that throw parties every week..I still hear nothing! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live..
