I have lived here almost 4 months now. I completely agree with the other comments posted about his property being run down, unsafe, and full of thugs, prostitutes & drug dealers. One thing I find quite odd is that "Alex" one of the maintenance people, is friends with all of the drug dealers and criminals on the property. Daily, i see them all hanging out together, and it looks quite suspicious, especially when he is the one who is to be stopping these issues, but is only adding & encouraging. I know this for a fact because i kicked my ex boyfriend out, and the very next day he had a key to one of the vacant apartments, and sure enough, he was living there. He told me to mind my own business, and that Alex told him it was okay, and gave him a key. Also, on numerous occasions, I have witnessed the maintenance men smoking pot while riding around on the leasing cart. There were 2 shootings here last week alone, and also a number of maintenance related robberies. I will not be renewing when my lease is up, and i warn you to stay as far away from the Palisades as possible. Angie, Jennifer & Lee are fine, but can be ------- sometimes. I havent really had any problems with them, only the shady mainenance crew.

what! what shooting im so tire of this thanks for the information but i have one disagreement jennifer is a big lier everything she said to get us to move in here turn out to be a lie like for one water included i been here for almost 6mos and last month im get a water bill for the first time then when u call her on it she said no i didn't say that angie im not feeling her to much either i pray to god for jan to be here soon

I agree to it being safe, but Alex is not what you say he is. The maintenance crew doesn't even have golfcarts. Ther either walk or use their own vehicles.
