Well I like the office staff and the maintance crew. The apartment complex lacks many amenities. There is no W/D connection and the laudry room is always dirty. There is nothing extra that would make me want to reknew my lease. They are going up on the rent and I am not happy about this. If you want to go up on the rent please have something extra that you want to offer your tenants.On the plus side if you are single this may be the palce for you. They do keep the gounds nice and clean.

I am a tenant who has been in this community since the rent was $490.00. (2006) I am now paying $570.00 for the same exact apartment! I have to admit I really dislike the increase and nothing extra has been offered to us. However, I have looked at almost every apartment commmunity in Duval and have not found a quiet, spacious, and clean community. The appliances are fairly up to date and maintenance do handle all work orders priority. Now compared to old management, this staff is very unprofessional! They give out inaccurate information, short notices on specials and no notice when its time for you to renew your lease. In addition to that they TAPE 1000 reminder notices on your door to pay your rent even if its just the 2nd. WHO WANTS TO COME HOME TO THAT! We now when the rent is due. Overall I feel really safe and its not a bad place to live. I believe in "you get what you pay for" and I think they should consider giving us a little bit more.
