The Plaza is a nice and quiet community to live in, the grounds are kept very very nice, the office staff is very friendly esp. the new leasing agent much better then the last one. I am a new tenant I've only lived here 2 months but i have no complaints. As far as the rent notices, I also work for apt. community and some people do have to be reminded also that affects everybody in the office jobs if your tenants aren't paying rent ontime or not all it's stressfull. On top of that I us to work for that management company and they suck your only good for what numbers you bring in not if you are a good employee so even though it may get on our nerves think about what the staff is going through when they constantly have corp. breathing down their necks!!! The maintence is great also they always get the job done. It is a great place to live if your single like me, married with no kids, or retired. Downside we should have grilling privaleges a playground for the kids who do stay there and also w/d connections, however when we moved I know we didn't have those things so I really can't complain!! I LOVE MY ROOM SIZE & CLOSET SPACE!:)
