I moved in this complex when it was River Plantation in a two bedroom one bath. It was nice but needed alot of work. Since they have changed the name to The Preserve at St.Nicholas and renovated the apartments they are even better.

I just recently moved into the new two bedrooms. I am so impressed and happy with it. I finally dont have to go the the laundry room because they supply it for me. I also have better appliance. The new staff is pretty nice and when I have a problem the maintenance men are pretty quick about it.

I would definatley recommend this complex to a friend.
