I just move into the Preserve at St.Nicholas. I have a new one bedroom and I love it. I have my own washer and dryer in the apartment and it is sooo quiet here. i was a little worried about being so close to atlantic blvd as far as the cars driving by but so far I havent found it to be a problem.
The maintenance staff has responded quickly so far and the office staff is pretty nic to.
I would consider myself a satisifed renter so far.

yeah im satified too. you dont really hear the cars or the people walking above you because the floors are so solid, concrete or something
