I have lived at River Plantation oops I mean The Preserve at St.Nicholas for the past 2 years. I moved in because the rates were cheap and I didnt have a choice. They were not kept up at the time and the staff didnt keep up there end of the bargain. Since the middle of this year and all of the renovations alot has changed. They are fixing up the apartments and the new apartments are soo nice. I will be moving into mine the end of this month and I cant wait.
The price has went up a little but it is totally worth it when you see the difference in the apartments and also what you will be getting. The staff responds quickly and maintenance what a difference when you call they come and fix it right the first time. I will be here for a while as long as they keep this up.
