I am currently staying at Preserve the St. Nicholas and when I contact the office to let them know of a problem that I am having, they never come on time and it is always a day or two later.Its a peaceful nieghborhood but I would rather that the Maintenance be better then they are.I had a problem with the light fiture in my kitchen that had fell and I told the office about this problem and she asked me if I could hold off a day until they can get to it.Thats when I explained to her that the light is hanging in the middle of the kitchen and its know why around it and it needed some immediate attention for safety reasons and they still did not come.I presumed to fix it myself and I could not. I just hope they improve on there Maintenance.I am also very upset about the water being turned off without notice.

your lucky to get help a day or to later. i had to wait 2 weeks. I called and called and called and finally i called once or twice, even three times a day for about 2 days and then went up to the office and they finanlly got the point. the office is nice people so maybe they are telling the maintence crew and the maintence crew fail to show up and lie about it. And you said its peaceful, i wish i lived on your side. lol i hear noise from all my neighbors and outside parking lot parties that i wish would go away. Even if the police come, they continue right back right when they leave.
