I've been in my apartment for the past year and things have gone pretty good for me and my stay. I like the area, office staff and the maint. isnt to bad either. They're always friendly and and I havent had to wait for a repair to be made.
I see alot of improvements going on around the property and I know that causes for water to be turned off so pipes can be worked on. Which is understandable.
I would highly recommend The Preserve at St.Nicholas Apartments

i believe if they need to turn off the water, they should give some notice. too many times i have woke up to get ready for work and havent been able to shower because the water was off. I have had to brush my teeth at work. I have went to wash my son's bottles to make his milk and to surprise, the water is off again. How is it having a fussy baby and not being able to clean his bottles to feed him. It sucks when your water gets turned off at least once a week for hrs and you i believe they might do this on purpose to save money.
