My wife and I have lived here since the beginning of 2008...it seems as if it has been nightmare every since...we have had problems with our A/C the shower in the master bath, office staff, and maintenance staff. When you finally get through to the office staff they seem to be really nice...and I honestly believe they are. They have some kind of answering service, which the answering service must never let them know that people call...I've called like 4 times in the last 3 days & no return call yet...the maintenance staff usually takes about 2-3 days to come out and check on your problem once you call and report it...it just seems to me like if you are paying that much money to live some where they would go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of...that's my opinion.

i really agree with you. the office seems so nice but why isnt the maintence taking care of our issues.
Are you having problems with your water? I hate how it turns off one or twice a week. Especially when you wake up and need a shower for work but end of having to go to work dirty. Thats a pain in the ass.
Yes its does suck living here. I hate the noise and on-going parties.
