I have lived here for a few months now and there is no where to park,yet they keep adding signs that say if you park anywhere (including parallel parking by the curb)you will be towed or fined. management knows there is not enough parking, but wont take down the signs and refuses to give THE PAYING TENANTS decals so that we can park in front of our own building. Night after night i have to walk all the way from another section of the apartments(if you've seen the apartments you'll know that its a long walk!!!!!!) in the dark by myself (im a small female) all the way back to my apartment. The management has the common sense and reasoning skills of an 8 year old and i cannot wait until my lease is up!By the way my refrigerator has not worled properly since i moved in and they STILL have not fixed it costing me hundreds of dollars in groceries gone bad,...on top of the hundreds that i've had to pay for parking!!!!I do NOT recommend The Preserve at St.Nicholas.
