	Pros: -Price/Flexible Lease Terms: For a two bedroom, we were paying less than 700$, and you really can't beat that. Water is included in the rent. Also, they offer rather flexible lease terms, with the shortest at 7 months. Also, after ... more

	The prices may be cheap but plan on a VERY HIGH electric bill each month. The insulation SUCKS!!!! The windows are paper thin. Everything is crappy. This place only looks good during your viewing.
