During the 18 months that I lived there the garage gates were broken at least on 3 occasions for at least couple of weeks before they got fixed. And bikes were stolen from the garage on a regular basis, not just one or two episodes but various occasions. Management post warnings inside the elevators saying people should be aware of bikes being stolen from their garage, but of course they don't take any responsibility. The stairway doors in the floor where I lived at (7th) was constantly open (giving free access to anyone who came through the garage open gates straight to our apartment doors. I never felt completely safe in there, but I can't say it's completely unsafe either. I did notice a police car outside almost every night during the last weeks prior to my moving out of there, but I don't know for sure what they were doing there.
