Not too bad a place to live. The apartments are very energy efficient. Unfortunately, the last groups of new tnennats force me and my family to move on.

Recently, they've had tennants who let their children swim in the pool with diapers on, and have loud parties into the wee hours of the night. I myself witness a couple having sex on the stairwell above my apartment as I was taking the trash out late one Friday night.
