These apartment sucks no one is never in the office when you call. They take for ever to get things done. I moved in last year and coming up on my renewal. it took them 6 months to replace a leak i my ceiling. I put in a request for repair work 2 1/2 months ago and it still hasnt been done. That I know of 2 cars have been broken into. One I prevented. There has been a arm robbery and I witnessed a guy walking around in brod daylight with a pistol under his arm. They call updrading this place by putting swing sets by the laking facing the lake so kids can jumo off the swings into the lake''' They want to charge you $25 extra monthly to put in a dishwasher and then go up on your rent over the market vaule and threaten you with high rent if you renew your lease six months before it time''' ROYAL GREENS HELL TO THE NAW. Its not worth it! Its not Safe!!
