Could be worse... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Well my over all experence wasnt too bad, nor was it a complete nightmare. To start the up keep of the apartment when I first moved in was great, then the stains started coming back threw after steam cleaning, and gotten really bad by the time that I left. Fixtures are out dated,the mid 80's model refrigerator kept running all the time running up the electricty bill, and it took them 3 months to replace a mid 80's dishwasher with a new unit. Parking around bld. 11 was a complete nightmare! Get there after 8 or 9 at night you will be walking to get where your bulding is at. My personal favorite was the garbage. Just about every weekend the trash compactor would back up and you can watch the trash just pile up! So by sunday night there is a moutin of garbage every where! The people that lives in the townhomes down the road would walk down and throw their garbage in! Had a few hellraisers that would occasionaly steal handicap parking signs. The overall experence could be better, if they would just put the money into renovating this place it could possibally be a pretty decent place to live. I dont see that, they problly will turn them into condos/townhomes in the next few years.
