High Priced Ghetto From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Shootings, car repairs in the parking lot, thieves...we have it all! The office staff cares little that these things happen. Any time a robbery or shotting occurs we are told to call the police department for more info. The car repair was the best! Not only did they take up three parking spots and grill food in the parking lot but they took lots of parts and beer bottles and scattered them in the area where you would drive. They were also loud and shouting obsenities at one another. There are always drug deals going down in the building across from me. I can't help but think that if the gates were ever closed that maybe the couldn't get in. The sad thing is that I have seen one of the cars that was involved during the shootings driving through here and there. I have a new vehicle and it has been keyed and had gum shoved in the driver door handle. The kids around here are loud and love to knock on people's doors and run off. It truely is a disappointment to pay this much and have the living conditions be so terrible. Do NOT move here. It is deceiving.
