I cant wait to move! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/31/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   For the first few months it was fine. My biggest problem is the repairs. In the beginning they give you this guarantee saying if they haven't repaired your problem within a few days and becomes an inconvenience, then they'll deduct money from your rent. I have so much water damage in my master bath that the plaster is literally hanging from the roof. I first noticed/reported it on the 19th of Dec and still no one has come to take care of it. Now I'm stuck paying for a 2bed/2bath and I can only use 1 bath room. Plus they wont honor their "guarantee". I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
