Timberwalk

Don't even look here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I just moved out and I was counting down the days until I was out of there. Timberwalk is now under new management and they are not easy to work with. Everytime I went into the office there was a new person working and they never knew your situation and could not find your paper work. Besides rotating staff, they were never on the same page. I was told one thing by one staff member and then charged for that same thing by another staff member. I had work orders to fix the dish washer, a ceiling leak, fridge, ect and until the day I moved out the problems were never fixed. I also had problems with roaches and bugs. They came a couple times to kill them, but it never got rid of the problem. They were my new pets that I had to learn to deal with. I came home once and the management had left the office key in my door and left it unlocked- they might as well should have left a sign on my door welcoming in thieves. All they could say was oops... sorry. I felt very unsafe living here and personally called the police a couple times. Do NOT move in because it is hard to get out of and they will not work with you- everything is your problem not theirs.
