If you live in an apt community and there are problems, it is just as much the residents responsibility as the management to prevent or report things to local authorities.Take back your community and then you can be proud to live there, make your neighbors aware and take turns calling JSO, don't be afraid your call will be anonymous..Make call after call after call.The police will be happy to help, but, they have to get the calls when things are going on, not after.

I will say that since the new owners took over on Feb 1, things have been different. They've fixed the trash compacter. I think we need another one, this one is not big enough to accomodate all of the residents, but it's fixed none the less. They have painted over the graffiti onthe fences and repaired them. Also, they immediately repaired two important things in my townhome that were broken and my requests for repair had been unheeded by the previous owners. Let's hope that this is a preface of better things to come! Also, I have decided NOT to be at the mercy of the little thugs and punks. I have no problem find where the little jerks live and speaking to their parents. I've let them know that I will NOT tolerate the foul language and physical violence towards other children and I WILL call the police or even juvenile if I have to. My stay at TT is temporary, but I do live here for now and I'm determined to make it the best it can be. Teach your children not to be trashy...not to throw trash on the ground, to be polite, to use manners...and the next generation will be better!
