I'm telling you people NOT to move here. The managerial staff doesn't keep control of their tenants. I have complained to them many, many times about the ghetto woman with the foul mouthed, destructive children that live in 2801 and they do nothing. They say to call the police. The police say that the managers have to do something because her children are destroying property that belongs to Timberwood Trace (They also hit and throw things at other children, and think nothing of cursing an adult out). Stay away! It is a horrid living environment.

I agree with betterthanthiscrap. My family just moved up here from another state and we are faced with infestation of roaches and drug dealing right in front of our building. And true management they say that's new owners aren't doing a Damn thing about it.

I live in the back and had few if any problems. I have lived in worse apartments. Yes the kids are a pain but, the are a pain because the parents do not take care of their responsibilities. It is not up to the apartments to track down each childs parents and make them watch their children.

I was considering these apartments but after reading the reviews I will definitly not move there. I have small kids and theydon't need to be around all that nonsense. It sounds like the new managment needs to quit becasue they don't care about their job, the property or they are scared to do anything. My husband is a Maintenance Supervisor at out location, and if instances like in the reviews happen and they cannot take care of it they will evict themm or call the police and they will remove the people of the property.
