When I first moved in 7 months ago everything that I asked to be fixed was done so in a timely manner but that has gone way down hill. It took them over a WEEK to come fix my TOILET. I have been asking for a new dishwasher for 2 months now. Also there are skylights in the breeze ways on the 2nd floor they leak so bad I have a lake in front of my door and cannot get to it without going through the water. It makes it really hard to keep your floor clean. It is also a health hazard because it breeds mosquitoes. I really don't want to move again but will if all of the problems are not fixed.
