I have lived in victoria park for about two years. It was so-so when I first moved in. Usually, if I had a problem they would fix it and give me documentation of the visit for my records. However, recently it seems the maintenance crew and office management have changed. My Hotwater heater in my apartment started to smoke one night in August and smoked filled the whole apartment. They did come out and supposedly fix the problem the next day or so I thought. The next evening the HWH tripped the circuit breaker and was still shorting with smoke. This problem was not fixed until a weak later. Also, the air condition unit which is located above the HWH started to leak and was leaving puddles of water in the carpet after there initial visit. Only after I threatened to go to higher mgt and the dept of housing did they finally fix it right. I now have a leaking window seal that I am still waiting to be fixed. I also have never received documentation of the repairs like they would give in the past. I don't know if they are trying to cover up what they did or did not do. I am still waiting for some reimbursement for the frustration. DON'T waste your time or money.
