Won't fix problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I've had a broken air conditioner for the past six months. It would take them a week before they got around to fixing it, then it would only work for a few days. They're not very responsive to complaints. Not worth the price.
