Even since I moved into these apartments I have had nothing but problems. This first problem was the above apartment hot water heater leaked into my apartment. No one from the staff seemed to care to get it fixed. Then, when they came to fix it they just beached the walls and my carpet and I guess that was fixed they didn't look for any water damage at all. The dishwasher doesn't work good, so yes I'm a hand washer now, the washer hook-up was mess up so when I moved in there was no hot water for me to wash my clothes in for a month or longer. The apartment above me had another leak, above the toilet so when the guy came to fix it he put a hole in my ceiling from where he put his hand up there, which didn't get fix until like 3 weeks later not to mention it looks like ---- now they just put white mud in the hole. And if that's no all there are bugs in the apartments, it doesn't matter how clean you are or how many times they come to spray there will be bugs. The outside of the apartments (landscape) is not kept up, the pools are always dirty, the gates never work and the workout center is not functioning everything is broken so I'm a member at a gym because the one that is free shouldn?t be consider a gym at all. The staff is nothing but -------, every time I had to deal with one of them they are rule. Also I have had my AC replace, after complaining about it for weeks and now the new AC unit is messed up, it froze up while the office was close it's leaking all over and the emergency line you can call said it wasn't a emergency. This is my home for the time being and it's just so stressful to get them to do anything to making your living more peaceful. They don't care, these apartments are not wroth having free water and cable for the crap you go through live here. Keeping looking, bad apartment and bad people running the apartments.
