I lived at Victoria Park for a year and at first management was great and staff were helpful and friendly! Then new management took over and they are terrible! We had mold and ants, the roof in my bathroom caved in after the upstairs apt had a leak, and finally we reported hearing water running in the bathroom but none of the faucets were leaking. After a month someone finally came out to look at it and found a HOT water leak behind my bathroom wall. They shut it off and we ended up 4 days without water until they came out to fix it again and repatch walls with electrical tape!! My electric bill doubled because of the hot water leak and the district mgr said she would assist me with it but now they aren't even returning my calls. This place is horrible, with sub-human conditions and way too expensive for what you get. STAY AWAY FROM VICTORIA PARK!!
