Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
This place is a nightmare! No gates working, no dishwasher working, broken speedbumps laying around, holes in ceiling from leaks; mold and mildew from water damage which is a safety hazard. Lived here for a year and a 1/2 w/o a fire extinguisher or a smoke alarm working. Hubcaps on car got stolen; cars get broken into constantly. Management lies are lazy and are rude. A/C units always break!!! Constant leaks from poor maintenence and management. I even have crappy neighbors!!! I wrote a letter to Ken Amarro from First Coast News, so maybe one day this place will be exposed! This place is a living nightmare!!! Do not even bother or you WILL regret it!
