I haved lived here since 2004. A/C has problems, I had mold in a cabinate in my kitchen and maintenance came and sprayed bleach on it and called it a day. Bugs,bugs and more bugs, you name it and you'll find it here. If someone lives above you then I hope you like to hear foot steps. The playground needs serious cleaning up. Pools were yucky last time I checked, gym is in bad shape. Basically these apartments cost alot but will not be worth your money unless they seriously renovate and clean them out. The landscaping is the only sure thing. Oh yeah some one stole cd's out of my car and my old neighbor got his speakers stolen from his car. One time a police officer came to my door asking if I knew anything about a stolen motorcycle. Need I say more because there is.
