We have been here about a year. We have had pretty good luck with our apartment other than the carpet was shot when we moved in and the ants. They keep having a large turn over in the maintenance staff. We have not had any maintenance problems to speak of, but i hear things from neighbors and other residents, bad things. We are on our second manager and seem to have problems keeping leasing agents. My problem is to whom they are renting. There seems to be a bad element moving in here. We have alot of apts. with several people living in them. I mean a one or two bedroom units with eight people in it, sitting outside drinking beer and being loud and hanging out in the parking lots. Also, The two pools are always dirty, the fitness center,s a wreck and the so called air conditioned racquetball court has not been open in over a year. The two spas or (hottubs) don,t work and are leaking, the tennis court lights dont work and there are no nets. Peoples balconys look like a used furniture store with recliners, sofas, kitchen tables, washers and dryers and various other types of stuff. People drive way too fast in the parking lot, the other day I was going to get my mail and almost got creamed by two cars that looked like they were racing. Dont be fooled by the add, it makes it sound all fancy and like the amenities are top notch but drive thru at night or on the week-end and take a look for yourself, get out and check the stuff out. The girls in the office are sweetheart's and they will promise you the moon, but can't deliver. They keep saying that they going to start working on pools, spas, fitness center and the rest of the amenities, but come on, after a year and they havent even started on them yet. Great location, nice Mandrin address but beware.
