It's funny how the negativity of certain folks can spread.....these are the folks that like to simply complain but do nothing else!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and have had no roaches ( hmmm) or issues with mtc. The gals in the office have all been there for more than a year.....
Great apartments ...come see and be my neighbor!

I'm not sure where you live but I have lived at Victoria Park for almost a year. I have had nothing but problems with this place from day one. The a/c not working, a/c leaking, paited over wall paper in the bathroom peeling off the walls, ROACHES and wide varity of bugs almost daily, dirty breezeways and stairs, about 30% of the NEW parking lot lighting they installed works, old dirty carpet upon move in, half cleaned apt upon move in, hot water knob in the shower constantly breaking..... Yes, its also true, there are a ton of -------- in this complex. They always have a beer in their hand and it does seem that there are quite a few of them sharing a one bedroom. I am counting the days until my lease is up. Negativity of certain folks? Please. Out of all the reviews posted on this site, about 2 of them are positive reviews and were prob. posted by the office staff or owners. Not everyone is crazy and it seems that everyone has experienced the same problems...bugs, a/c problems, etc.

You lying sack of crap!! how dare you sit here and tell such garbage. my question is which one of the office b_i_t_c_h_e_s are you the tall ugly one the fat one or the hispanic b_i_t_c_h that has an attitude problem? (ooh wait she is just having a bad day today and every other day). "Be your neighbor" do you actually live here? have you seen the many roaches and spiders; everyday i have to kill something in my apartment, there are cats running around everywhere this place is horrible!!

"see for yourself and be my neighbor" obviously your part of the office staff. that sounds like an advertisement. in referance to victoriaparksucks don't complain about the cats. the stray cats are the only reason you don't have rats in your doorway. just consider it cheap pest control
