I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and I can't wait to move when my current lease is up in May. This place was great when I first moved here but with the change in management, things have really gone down hill. They don't take care of the property and it has started to look run down. There is trash everywhere and none of the so called amenities are functioning. I am not a resident that would normally complain a lot, but enough is enough. The office staff is awful and the maintenance staff is even worse. It takes a week or more before any maintenance problems are fixed. The roof was leaking in 3 different places in my apt and numerous phone calls and 2 months later, it was finally fixed. My refrigerator broke and they didn't come to fix it until 8:30pm the next night!! By that time, all of my food had spoiled. Currently the lights in the breezeways are out in my building and you can't even see to put your key in the door. The lights have been out for almost a month and I have called numerous times and even spoke to the mgr. twice and it still hasn't been fixed. I even called the management company, IMT, and they didn't even return my phone call. Overall don't rent from this place. They offer a good price, but you definitely get what you pay for.
