I am not sure what your goal was in obtaining this property but I am pretty sure it wasnt running it in the ground as fast as possible. I have lived here for two years, I saw a slight decline in the first year, but since you guys bought the place it has taken a nosedive. Dont just take my word; check out apartment ratings.com and apartment reviews.com. Its like the teenagers and -------- run the property. The laundry rooms are both trashed all the time and they are full of -------- drinking beer and doing laundry. The kids have tore up the picnic tables by the tennis courts and ripped and tore up the net on the tennis courts. The racquetball court is not air-conditioned and the kids trash it and hang out in it at night. The fitness room is just plain old nasty, its hot in it, the bathrooms dont work, every body on this side of town knows the code for the lock, the kids go in there at night and leave rubbers and empty beer bottles. The spas and pools are a joke. And good luck getting something in your apartment fixed in a timely manner. The pond is full of trash and beer bottles. There are shopping carts from K-Mart and CVS on property. We have at least seven apartments that I know of that have six or more -------- living in them. And to top all of that, now the thugs from the section eight property down the street is starting to hang out here. We have a couple of cops here but I never seen them out, well its pretty obvious that they are not out on property because of what happens here EVERY NIGHT.
You know all of the apartment guides list all of these wonderful things that we have here like, controlled access, satellite tv, AC racquetball court, business center, movie loan program, beautiful lake views, Barneys coffee shop and the list goes on and on. Their lies. Plain and simple. And I love that part about Breed restrictions on pets. I dont know where they live but its not here. I see boxers, pitt bulls, roitweilers, German Sheppards and every other breed here.
I am sure if by some chance you do pass these concerns on to someone it will be overlooked like it always is. Maybe someone should audit the leases here. And the books too. Well they say that word of mouth is the best form of advertising, good luck with that.

Resident, please be comforted. Your pleas have not gone unheard. Word of mouth does indeed work. The management staff and ownership of Victoria Park have officially been placed on the Frodus Conglomerate International hit list. Your suffering will at last be avenged. Expect a change of management soon.

Oh soooo true! This place is such a dump. I tell every body I know not to go here, the staff is awful, the place looks like a dump. I remember about five yaers ago this was such a nice place.

gotcred2....are you serious...this place 5 years ago was NOTHING near beautiful...open your eyes people...maybe if people paid their rent on time they wouldn't have such an issue....you get a notice on your door cause YOU can't pay your rent..and all of the sudden you live in the ghetto??? Get real people...these websites are here for people who get pissed at their complexes to have somewhere to go to to write a bunch of crap about them ...so you can feel better about yourself...GROW UP PEOPLE!!!!!

Tiffanynjax, you difentely work here, or at the least that sorry thing they have for a manager is your best friend.These people who write here are not late on their rent or trouble makers, they are as they state, good people who are stuck in a legal and binding rental contract with a bunch of crooks. I see it everyday, I see the riff raft Lisa has allowed to move in here and ruin a good property. I see the dirty and disgusting laundy rooms and pools, the hot tubs and spas that have not worked for a year now, the thugs hanging out in the parking lots and the so called (Broadwalk), the trash and dog crap every where, the overflowing trash cans at the mail centers, the broken picnic tables and on and on. So you get real, I live here and see it and live with it everyday. So take your line of ---- some place else! And if you want me to shut up, let me out of my lease, cause you know who I am.....
