Just letting all you unsuspecting future tenants know. This place does not keep up on there pools, spas, trash p/u and common areas. The only thing that they want to do is rent you an apartment. They do not care who you are or what kind of back ground you have, they will rent you an apartment. You might be a criminal, drug dealer or child molester, they dont care, they need to rent some apartments. Now for the other stuff. The pools are nasty, I am so tired of paying alot in rent and not being able to enjoy the pools or anything else on my time off because they are always dirty and full of thugs. On the weekends the parking lots are full of thugs and people of spanish decent. Trash and dog crap everywhere, I mean you cannot walk anywhere without stepping in crap. All kinds of pitt bulls and other dangerous dogs. The manager (Lisa) is rude. I hate this place! seven monthes left. Befeore you move in, come out and check it out around 7 or 8 on a Saturday night, walk the grounds and speak with a few people. STAY AWAY!!!!!
