Just a few things:

when we moved in they forgot to clean the apt.,paint the balcony. They couldn't fix the A/C. they have no money to fix it.

We got "good" upstairs neigh.,loud music,jumping in middle of the night,big dog kept in the balcony, throw away everything from balcony

Few people use to make a party around 1am in the spa, girls,radio,beer etc.

Pest control' One time a year around a bulding. Results: 2-3 palmbug every day.

Fleas,sticks everywhere.

When we left just 4 people left in the bulding I think you guys already know why

This complex is dying, and the new manager is the worst one in jacksonville. You'll see.
